Behind the scenes, small businesses are constantly fighting the cost of living, rising overheads, and the pressure from big chain supermarkets. Still showing up, still sharpening knives, still caring about quality.
This piece is my way of slowing that moment down and giving respect to the craft. The hands-on work. The trades that don’t shout, but matter.
